The Mesa lab is seeking a highly motivated, organized Lab Manager for a full-time position within the Department of Molecular Biology.
Our lab combines expertise in immunology, stem cell biology, and multiphoton microscopy to uncover the dynamic interplay of immune and stem cells that drives complex multi-tissue regeneration, which can be leveraged to overcome current limitations in human wound healing and regenerative medicine. We aim to foster a collaborative and joyful lab environment that will support people interested in doing fun science, learning new skills/concepts, and advancing your professional goals. Strong organization, time-management, record keeping, and communication skills are essential. The work performed by the successful candidate will be foundational to all lab projects and will result in co-authorship on high impact publications.
The position is available starting January 2025 with a negotiable start date. Although the initial appointment is for a two-year term, it is renewable contingent on satisfactory performance and/or career plans of the candidate. More information about the lab can be found at mesa-lab.org, or please contact Dr. Mesa by email at kai.mesa@princeton.edu.
To apply, please submit a CV, a cover letter describing your research interests and career goals (~1 page) and contact information for three professional references.
