Job Title: Project Manager - Digital Organization

Contract: 6-months

Hybrid

Job Summary:

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple small projects and initiatives within the Digital organization. This role is pivotal in collaborating with senior stakeholders across the company to ensure successful project completion. The ideal candidate must demonstrate proficiency in problem-solving related to project challenges, exhibiting a proactive and independent work ethic while also being interdependent with team members. Exceptional relationship management skills are essential for effective collaboration across various technical teams. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of key project management elements, including project descriptions, scopes, quality control, resource management, risk assessment, relevant regulations, and available execution methods. Flexibility and the ability to pivot in response to challenges or unexpected events will also be critical.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning:
  • Assist in developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and work breakdown structures.
  • Contribute to the definition and documentation of project scopes.
  • Aid in resource allocation and task assignments, serving as a liaison between team members and functional area management.

Progress Tracking and Monitoring:
  • Monitor project progress against established plans, identifying and addressing potential issues and risks.
  • Update project management tools and dashboards with relevant data to reflect project status.
  • Identify and escalate project risks to senior stakeholders and team members as needed.

Communication and Coordination:
  • Facilitate effective communication between project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Prepare and distribute regular project status reports and updates.
  • Manage meeting agendas and take minutes during project meetings.

Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and files.
  • Assist with budget tracking and cost control for projects.
  • Prepare project deliverables and presentations as required.

Education and Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Five to seven years of previous project management experience, preferably in a digital or technical environment.
