Responsibilities: • Serve as the first line of support for internal customers seeking technical assistance • Perform remote and onsite troubleshooting and support of workstations, printers, basic LAN/WiFi connectivity and software applications • Provide support for Microsoft 365 GCCH environment including Office 365, Azure AD, Intune, SharePoint and similar Microsoft applications • Provide technical support for Windows 11, Android and iOS devices • Meet service level agreements (SLA's) ensuring priority incidents and requests are addressed in a timely manner • Administer the hardware inventory, asset management database, assignment/tracking of assets and hardware refresh needs • Perform imaging/re-imaging and deployment of workstations
Requirements: • BS in Computer Science or similar field of study and 2-3 years of practical experience or equivalent combination of education, relevant industry certifications and experience • Microsoft, networking, security or other IT certifications are a plus • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a US DoD Secret Clearance • Experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11 and workstation support in a remote workforce environment • Experience with mobile device management (MDM) platforms such as Intune • Experience administering Active Directory/365 user accounts and security/permissions • Experience with administration and support of Microsoft SharePoint and Teams environments • Must be a proactive, team player with ability to adapt quickly and a desire to learn new technologies • Customer service focused mentality with a continuous improvement mindset • This is a hybrid position. Must be within commutable distance to Columbia, MD and able to work onsite up to 2-3 days per week • Ability to travel on occasion up to 5% annually

Must be comfortable troubleshooting and figuring out answers on their own, not just following a guide/instruction.
