As Special Assistant to the CEO, you will provide comprehensive, advanced-level support to the Chief Executive Officer, acting as a trusted partner and operational resource. This dynamic role requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and propose solutions with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Your responsibilities will extend beyond traditional administrative duties, emphasizing strategic planning, project management, and communication to support the CEO's vision and the organization's objectives.

What Are the Key Objectives:
  • Strategic Support: Anticipate, prioritize, and communicate tasks and priorities effectively. Provide substantive support to the CEO in executing strategic initiatives and organizational goals.
  • Project Management: Coordinate special projects, oversee their execution, and develop processes and procedures to ensure efficiency. Organize events and provide regular updates on project and corporate initiative statuses.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Drive stakeholder communications, maintain strong relationships with investors, and internal stakeholders. Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and fact-finding investigations to support decision-making. Prepare reports, analyze findings, and present actionable insights to the CEO.
  • Writing and Editing: Compose, edit, and finalize correspondence, memoranda, and other documents that reflect the CEO's vision and uphold the organization's standards.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage the CEO's complex calendar, complete expense reports, and assist in coordinate travel arrangements. Act as the single point of contact for the CEO to streamline operations and communication.

What You Offer:
  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, commercial real estate, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years' experience supporting a C-level executive or in a project management or administrative role, with demonstrated success in high-pressure environments.
  • Basic project management experience; experience with developing presentations and project proposals is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
