Our Client, a top Financial Services Company, is seeking a poised and professional Front Desk Administrator for its Westbrook, ME location. This is a contract role likely to last at least three months but with a strong possibility to convert into a perm role for the right candidate. This is a great company, small enough to easily make connections, but large enough for there to be opportunities for growth down the road.
Basic Duties and Requirements Include:
Duties:
Answer all incoming calls in a friendly manner and direct as appropriate.
Greet all guests, making them feel welcome and at home.
Help support staff with scheduling needs, client visits and company events.
Decorate offices for holidays and events.
Keep front desk area and lobby clean and organized.
Requirements:
High School Diploma required. BA preferred.
2-4 years of experience in a front office admin role.
Experience with basic software including the MS Office Suite.
Some experience scheduling and planning events preferred.
