In this role, you will provide essential support to a dynamic group of investment professionals, handling global travel arrangements, expense management, and complex calendar coordination. **Please note that this is a 3-month, hybrid, on-site, contract role in Palo Alto. The pay will be $30-45/hr.**
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex business calendars for multiple executives, ensuring schedules are well-coordinated.
Arrange domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries.
Handle expense reports and process invoices with a high degree of accuracy.
Organize and execute both onsite and offsite events.
Collaborate effectively with the EA team to support broader organizational goals.
Provide backup support to Reception as needed.
Take on various ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.
Responsibilities:
At least 2+ years of experience in administrative support.
Bachelor's degree required.
Strong ability to schedule and manage tasks with precision.
Exceptional attention to detail.
A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Proven ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
High proficiency in technical tools and software.
Capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
