Contract: W2, January 15, 2025 - June 20, 2025 (Leave Coverage)
Location: Eden Prairie, MN 55344 (on-site)
Pay Range: $23-26/hour DOE
Brief Summary:
Our client is seeking a temporary Executive Assistant with exceptional communication, proactive planning, and organizational skills. In this role, you will support the Financial Officer (CFO) and their direct reports in a fast-paced, positive, and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support with attention to detail and sound judgment.
Communicate effectively with C-suite executives, their assistants, and colleagues.
Manage the executive's calendar and meeting scheduling, ensuring effective prioritization of conflicts.
Proactively track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
Coordinate with colleagues to gather necessary information and materials.
Plan onsite meetings, managing logistics such as agendas, technology, virtual links, materials, and catering.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and expense reports.
Maintain office organization, documentation, and supplies.
Contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
5+ years of administrative experience supporting C-suite executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports, and event planning.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Ability to handle multiple tasks with confidentiality and sensitivity.
Proven track record of collaboration and teamwork in a professional environment.
