We're seeking a highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior/C-level executives in a fast-paced financial environment. This is a contract role (7-12 months) with potential for permanent placement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Handle phone calls with professionalism and discretion.
Plan events, arrange travel (domestic/international), and process expense reports.
Assist with onboarding/offboarding, team platforms, and office support.
Create and format documents using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Pro.
Support ad-hoc projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
3-7 years' experience supporting C-level executives (financial services/banking/insurance industry preferred).
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with knowledge of O365/Teams a plus.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Experience with Concur, SharePoint, Fieldglass, or Ariba is a bonus.
