Our client, a mission driven growing affordable housing developer, is seeking a LIHTC Senior Project Manager in the San Jose area.The ideal person will help develop a pipeline of over 17 projects and over 1400 units of affordable housing. Experience with new construction /multifamily housing to renovating and rehabilitating existing structures. Please have experience in LIHTC repurposing of master planning for affordable housing & commercial properties. Hybrid.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in community development, business, economics, urban planning, or a related field. OR Masters Preferred.
Experience:
-5+ relevant experience in urban planning, housing development, real estate development, business, finance or a related field preferred.
-2+ years supervising programs, budgets, activities and staff.
