Position Overview

The Office Manager will assist with day-to-day operations - no one day will be the same. Assisting with organizing and coordinating administration duties and office procedures, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. Your responsibilities include office supplies, greeting visitors, answering the phone, and providing general administrative support to the team.

*Must live within 20 miles of the office in Southlake, TX for consideration *

Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
• Maintain the office condition, and supplies and arrange necessary repairs
• Organize office operations and procedures
• Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
• Provide general support to visitors
• Provide administrative support to Operations and Finance
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
• Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
• Provide general support to other departments (e.g. Sales, Marketing)

In-Office Position: This is not a remote position; the candidate must work in the office to facilitate seamless collaboration with the team. Must live within 20 miles of office in Southlake, TX for consideration.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent office management experience
  • Technology-oriented and thrives in a start-up environment• 1- 2 years experience in administration, office management, or administrative assistant• Hands-on experience with office machines (e.g. printers)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Experience working with Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat
  • Team spirit and initiative
  • Critical thinking skills and attention to detail is a MUST
