Description
- Act as a liaison between our search and tax partners and our clients.
- Validate the chain of title based on provided deed chain and other documents.
- Identify any potential gaps and communicate with the searchers to coordinate the receipt of missing documents.
- Answer client escalations and questions regarding concerns on commitment product delivery.
- Work email and action queues to keep our search and tax partners at a set SLA by following up with them via phone calls and emails.
Requirements
- Knowledge of typical Title Documents such as DOT, Mortgage, Vesting Deeds, Judgments, POA, etc.
- Knowledge of chain of title issues and acceptable resolutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent Customer Service is essential.
- Motivated, positive team player.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a high volume/fast paced, team environment.
-1 -3 years experience in the title industry is a plus!
- Experience in Resware system is a plus!
