Job Description:

HR Payroll & Benefits Manager

  • Location: Boca Raton, FL - local candidates only please
  • Bachelor's degree (in HR/other) and Paycom proficiency REQUIRED
  • 100% In-office, full time position (Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST with flexible hours as needed)
  • Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 base salary plus discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package

Summary- HR Payroll & Benefits Manager:

The HR Payroll & Benefits Manager is primarily responsible for providing coordination, administration and support for Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, Onboarding and other Human Resource programs and practices.

Responsibilities for HR Payroll & Benefits Manager:

  • Perform payroll calculations and generate payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring mandatory deadlines are met
  • Review payroll data (new hires, salary changes, separations, etc.) entered into the payroll system
  • Process garnishments, child support, and other liens
  • Administer Paid Time Off program and Leave of Absence program
  • Handle day-to-day transactions, interactions, and coordination of Benefits, Compensation, and HRIS management, including data audits
  • Maintain benefit enrollments and terminations for salaried and hourly employees
  • Provide cross-functional training for new hire onboarding
  • Validate and verify COBRA enrollments and terminations
  • Maintain and program the HRIS system, including data input verification, data comparisons between various systems, and creation of quarterly audit reports to validate the effective dates of changes
  • Coordinate and manage the Tuition Reimbursement program
  • Participate in the design, implementation, and administration of HR policies and procedures as a member of the HR management team

Qualifications for HR Payroll & Benefits Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline REQUIRED
  • 6+ years' Human Resource experience with particular emphasis in one or more areas of Payroll, Benefits, and HRIS REQUIRED
  • Experience overseeing / managing payroll of 600+ employees weekly REQUIRED
  • Paycom proficiency/experience REQUIRED
