About the Role:
We are looking for a Personal Lines Client Service Representative to play a pivotal role in our daily operations. In this position, you'll oversee client relations, handle policy processes, and support our sales team.
You'll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with urgency and care.

What You'll Do:
Manage client relations, claims, policy changes, and billing issues with exceptional care.
Prepare and deliver important documents to clients and mortgage companies.
Provide outstanding customer service by promptly responding to inquiries via phone, email, and text.
Support the client onboarding process to create positive experiences and improve retention.
Interact with clients to manage accounts and resolve challenges effectively.
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and maintain CRM accuracy.
Actively promote and sell insurance products using consultative sales techniques.
Analyze and meet established client retention rates by contacting clients during renewals.
Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs consistently.
Perform other duties as assigned to support our mission of excellent service.
Who We're Looking For:
At least 3 years of property and casualty insurance experience.
Property and Casualty License strongly preferred.
High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proficiency in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
A detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset with high standards of professionalism.
Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic.
Able to thrive in a collaborative team environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
