About the Role
As a Product Manager at XILO, you'll be at the center of driving product improvements that directly impact our customers' experience and business outcomes. You'll collaborate with customers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement new features, fix bugs, and enhance existing products. This role is perfect for a highly curious and tech-savvy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering intuitive, self-service solutions that drive adoption and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and conduct 3 customer interviews weekly to gather actionable feedback.
Plan and document 2 sprints of development ahead of Engineers, using standard prioritization processes.
Build data pipelines to measure customer adoption across multiple products accurately.
Enhance all current products to make them more intuitive and self-servicing.
Drive increased customer adoption across all products.
Improve sales pilot success rates to 80% by delivering exceptional product experiences.
