Responsibilities
Report to SVP, Operations in corporate office, you will be leading a team with 40 subordinates. Full P&L responsibilities and need to ensure a smooth daily operation and efficiency.
Selects, develops and retains a diverse and capable operation team to drive business performance by reviewing the operation process that could sustain service standard and operation efficiency.
Commits to meet and exceed guest expectation through delivering customer-cared service and products.
Implements effective human resources inititaitives to build a diversified workforce to execute business strategy in implementation marketing plan to optimize sales potential and profitability.
Oversees the annual financial plan to achieve or exceed the budget expectation for the Hotel. Monitors the Hotel's financial objectives and operations budget to ensure successful performance by maximizing profitability and providing a return on investment
Establishes a prominent level of contribution to corporate social responsibility, including environment, health & safety, employees, supplier management and stakeholders.
Keeps abreast of local community trends as well as competitors ensuring the signature style and standard of services are positioned as the best in market.
Requirements
Hotel or Marketing or Business Administration degree.
Strategic and dynamic thinker with at least 15 years of operation experience in the capacity of General Manager.
Fluent in written and spoken English. Cantonse / Mandarin would be a plus.
Previous working experience in Asia would be an added advantage but not a must.
Well-developed leadership skills; effective relationship management skills and strategic thinking with strong problem solving and organizational skills, people leader.
Highly energized personality demonstrated expertise in making connections and plugging people in by providing personal, intimate and local insights for each customer.
Ability to build and maintain strong and positive connection with customers, by closely interaction with them to understand and anticipate their needs and strives to meet those needs.
Enjoy connecting with different people group with excellent communication skill and always try to challenge the boundaries.
