We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Talent Manager to join our People, Culture & Communications team. This role will be instrumental in shaping our organization's talent strategy, driving organizational design initiatives, leading comprehensive talent management program, and conducting in-depth talent assessments. This role will be based out of New York and will report directly into the Senior Director of Global Talent Management.
Role Responsibilities
Talent & Performance Management
•Drive execution and facilitation of global Talent Review process/Talent Calibration meetings, Succession Planning, and Performance Calibration meetings specifically supporting the North America Region and Global Brand Houses
•Ensure the alignment of DEI market plans, and meaningful leader DEI goals, along with other initiatives, embedding diversity and inclusion principles in workplace practices processes and policies.
•Create and maintain succession plans for critical roles, ensuring robust talent pipelines
•Drive the standardization of talent management and performance management practices across client groups, ensuring consistency and fairness in all processes
•Coach leaders on having effective performance and development conversations
•Manage and support specialized talent pools (e.g. MD, GM, etc)
•Create targeted development experiences for different talent segments
•Manage and conduct talent assessments for key roles and top talent
•Oversee the logistics, implementation, and debrief of Glint 360 assessments
•Support future leaders within the organization with their career development and leadership coaching
•Lead the analysis and reporting of talent assessments/metrics to identify talent gaps, trends, risks, opportunities, and development needs
•Support employees participating in global Leadership Development programs before, during, and after the program
•Serve as Talent Management/Talent Development subject matter expert to provide research, thought leadership/partnership, best practices, trends and/or statistics
•Consult with, coach, and influence leaders, and collaborate at all levels in the organization to heighten DEI awareness, knowledge, application, and leadership.
•Monitor and analyze DEI metrics and data to track progress, identify themes, and inform decision making.
•Act as a coach, resource, and advocate for DEI topics across the business, influence decision makers, and build their DEI acumen.
Organizational Design
•Partner with senior leadership to assess and optimize organizational structure
•Lead organizational design projects to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and agility
•Provide expert consultation on job design, workforce planning, and talent deployment
Skills Gap Analysis and Workforce Planning
•Conduct regular skills gap analyses across the organization
•Use data from the Talent Marketplace and assessments to inform strategic workforce planning
•Develop targeted learning and development initiatives to address identified skills gaps
•Collaborate with recruitment to align hiring strategies with current and future skills needs
Change Management and Culture
•Lead change management initiatives related to talent programs and organizational shifts
•Create and facilitate new leader assimilation sessions to accelerate team alignment
•Foster a culture of continuous learning, diversity, and inclusion
•Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure alignment of talent practices with overall HR strategy
Talent Marketplace Management
•Support pilot and global implementation of Talent Marketplace platform
•Develop strategies to increase employee engagement with the Talent Marketplace
•Monitor and report on the impact of the Talent Marketplace on employee development and retention
Qualifications
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 5 years specializing in talent management
• Demonstrated experience in organizational design and change management
• Strong knowledge of talent management best practices, tools, and technologies
• Experience in implementing and managing Talent Marketplace platforms
• Expertise in various talent assessment methodologies and tools
• Experience working in a global, multi-cultural environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership
• SHRM-SCP, HRCI-SPHR, or equivalent professional certification is a plus

The salary range for this role, based in New York, is $125-130k, along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate's location, experience, and skillset. The range will vary if outside of this location.
