Job Duties: Effectively monitor RMC cheese making equipment including but not limited to; Rotary molder / chillers / control vat identity / block weights / process mold changes and to ensure the correct shape, size, weight for customer / break down for cip daily, monitor cip, titrations, assemble back for production within the required time. Record & interpret data to make informed decisions and / or recommendations for optimum cheese making conditions. Clean all related equipment as needed to ensure sanitary conditions. Perform assigned Master Sanitation duties.

Demonstrates good interpersonal communication skills. Understands and follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) Demonstrates integrity in all business activities with employees, visitors and vendors. Comply with all quality & food safety systems and regulatory requirements. Reliable and available to work overtime or holidays as required. Performs other duties as required.



Physical Demands
:



Frequently required to stand and walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop, kneel, talk or hear; taste or smell. The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 55 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

• Cheese making experience preferred

Pay range $29.63-$34.91
