This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, retain, and engage members, ultimately driving growth and enhancing membership satisfaction.What you will doDevelop and implement comprehensive membership strategies to achieve growth targets and enhance membership retention.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives to attract new members.Lead efforts to analyze member data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.Manage membership recruitment, onboarding, and renewal processes to ensure a seamless experience for members.Develop and implement member engagement initiatives, including events, programs, and communications, to foster a sense of community and drive member satisfaction.Cultivate relationships with current and prospective members to understand their needs and preferences, and tailor membership offerings accordingly.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and manage membership pricing, benefits and incentives.Oversee the development and maintenance of membership-related materials, including brochures, newsletters, and website content.Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to membership growth, retention, and engagement.QualificationsBachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or related field or equivalent experience.1+ years of experience in membership management, preferably in the hospitality sector preferred.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful membership strategies.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Creative thinker with a customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional member experiences.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and member management software.Experience with HunSpot CRM helpful but not required.Guesthouses salaries and benefit offerings are competitive and will be shared during the first virtual conversation if you are chosen to move forward in our hiring process.We are an equal-opportunity employer.
