POSITION SUMMARY:

Leave behind the unpredictability, risk, and long hours of running your own practice and join our team as a salaried Associate Financial Advisor! We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our PFG family. The role will focus on supporting existing clients/client accounts of our firm and will report directly to our Business Development Manager. This individual will not be required to grow or develop a book of business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for broker-dealer client accounts
  • Manage and oversee account servicing requests such as withdrawals, new contributions, and beneficiary changes
  • Respond in a timely manner to client account inquiries
  • Conduct client meeting updates and account reviews
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
  • Proactively identify opportunities for client growth & engagement
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Educating clients on financial products and market trends
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new financial products
  • Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Series 7, Series 63, and Life & Health License or the ability to gain licensure immediately
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field
  • Experience: 3-5 years as a Financial Advisor
