POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking to hire a dynamic Advisory Operations Associate [Client Services Associate] to join our company’s administrative team. This role reports directly to the Operations Manager. This individual should have a passion for providing world-class support and display impeccable organizational skills.

LOCATION

The Advisory Operations Associate position is located in State College, PA and not remote.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support ongoing account maintenance for investors
• Cultivate relationships with financial advisors and their office staff
• Provide training and clarity to financial advisors on internal and custodian paperwork requirements

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; highly organized and efficient
• A high degree of professionalism and a strong work ethic
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work without close supervision, exercise independent judgment and problem-solving, as well as collaborating in a team environment
• Outstanding follow-through, seeing tasks from start to finish
• Candidate must be comfortable with and proactively embrace technology in the workplace
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with a CRM, like Redtail
• Experience with finance, banking, or wealth management is preferred, but not required.
• A critical eye for process improvement and solid time management skills, being able to prioritize tasks
