Responsible for the sale and servicing of Treasury Management Products for the market
Gain adequate product knowledge for all treasury management, merchant services, and credit card products
Cultivate and service the treasury management portfolio for the market
Prospect for qualified new Treasury Management opportunities
Prepare and present Treasury Management Banking Services Proposals to existing and prospective clients
Promote and foster productive calling efforts to cross-sell to existing and prospective clients
Maintain required reports such as Sales Pipeline, Treasury Management Referrals, etc.
Collaborate with Frontline Staff and CSO to insure the Treasury Management referral incentive plan is maintained
Work closely with the market Commercial Lenders to cultivate a referral source
Educate staff on the ideal Treasury Management prospect and benefits, including development of sales strategies
Attend weekly Consumer Onboarding meetings and conduct educational segments in these meetings
Attend weekly Loan Committee meeting – Be prepared to give updates on Treasury Management sales, prospects and highlights of changes in Treasury Management
Attend bi-weekly Treasury Management meetings with OKC via WebEx
Provide customer support for all products and services
Maintain an excellent working relationship with Treasury Management Support teams: Client Services, Service Forms, and Electronic Banking in OKC
Assist the Regional Merchant Service sales officer on merchant service calls and maintenance
Maintain Treasury Management workbooks and service forms to ensure compliance with bank procedure
Work with the bank President and CSO in the budget process for treasury management, merchant service, and credit card income
Work with the President and CSO on setting retail sales goals
Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job
REQUIREMENTS
Able to perform external sales calls to new and existing clients
Able to acquire an understanding of BancFirst Treasury products and services
Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor
Must be able to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks
Must be able to interact with other offices and departments for accurate resolutions to problems and errors, while continuing to complete job tasks in a timely manner
