Manage procurement of all materials on the project in coordination with the Superintendent to avoid delays and/or impacts. Lead and Manage all aspects of the administration project process from project inception through closeout. Challenge, encourage and support project teams to achieve exceptional results for clients. Prepare, update, and distribute agendas, meeting minutes, and action item lists for the various project coordination meetings. Build and maintain a culture of innovation, creativity, and fun. Purchase and monitor the delivery of all needed materials for the projects to ensure conformance to specifications and contract documents. Participate and lead business development efforts, including but not limited to, selling work, assisting with RFPs and interviews, networking with clients, owners, and trade partners.
