The Grafton Job Corps Center is seeking Substitute Teachers to join our team!
Here at the Grafton Job Corps Center, we are a federally funded program helping disadvantaged young adults ages 16-24. We allow provide our students academic and career training. This position fills in for instructors who are out to supervise students in class from 8:30am-3:30pm, ensuring they are safe and productive during the training day.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Academic Substitute Instructors: Bachelor's degree from an accredited school required. A valid in-state teaching certificate preferred. Previous teaching or Job Corps experience preferred.
Career Technical Training Substitute Instructors: A minimum of one-year experience in teaching or related field required. Certified, licensed, or accredited in the state in which the center is located, or is accredited by a professional trade organization. Previous Job Corps experience preferred.
Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing,
carrying, reaching, stooping and crouching. Demonstrates the ability to lift 40 pounds and/or the
ability to assess the lift load in order to ask for necessary assistance. (Depending upon trade)
