As a Warehouse Production Manager at Central Aluminum Supply, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our distribution/production facility. You will work closely with the Branch Manager and Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily production activities, maintain quality standards, and manage a team of skilled production employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining the daily production schedule
Oversee the daily Production operations of our crews.
Help delegate job assignments to team members and personnel.
Assist in communicating with crews when problems arise.
Communicate with customers as needed.
Track all materials moving to the warehouse and transfers to other branches.
Ensure the safe loading of tractor trailers of manufactured material on a daily/weekly bases to be delivered to our sister branches of CAS.
Order necessary materials through strong communication with the Purchasing Manager.
Maintain and track warehouse inventory of manufactured goods daily.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Calculate job completions
Role Requirements:
A minimum of three to five years of experience in a production manufacturing management role is necessary.
Computer skills in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Mechanical/Electrical experience with sharp troubleshooting skills is highly preferred.
Advanced Math Skills
Ability to think independently and plan necessary
Able to lead a team of machine operators and reach daily production goals
Communicate job completion expectations; planning, monitoring, troubleshooting, and equipment adjusting to the Warehouse Manager and mechanic.
Forklift certification and a valid driver's license are necessary for this position.
Proficient in written and verbal English skills.
Being able to speak Spanish is a plus.
