Role Overview

As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, reflecting our commitment to excellence. You will also handle administrative tasks to support our back office and maintain the seamless functioning of our showroom.

Key Responsibilities

Front Office
  • Manage incoming phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team member.
  • Provide basic product information and prepare quotes for customers.
  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Administrative Tasks
  • Organize, prepare, and send out product samples.
  • Track and update clients on the status of their sample shipments.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records for sample requests and deliveries.
  • Samples inventory
  • Ensure the maintenance of polished and tidy showroom

Back Office Support
  • Assist the team with general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and updating client information in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
  • Monitor and restock office and showroom supplies as needed.

Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury or high-end setting.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Polished and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on providing exceptional service.
