Position Overview: The Senior Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of commercial construction projects, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of construction processes, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction through to project closeout.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
Ensure compliance with all local regulations, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
Direct project teams, providing leadership and mentoring to junior staff and subcontractors.
Review and approve project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and reports.
Oversee procurement processes and manage contract negotiations.
Identify and resolve project risks, challenges, and scope changes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
