Purpose of the Position: This role focuses on managing Agile projects both onshore and nearshore, collaborating with key stakeholders and managing various client projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of project management are executed efficiently, facilitating effective communication, and delivering projects that meet organizational goals. The candidate will work closely with team members and stakeholders to navigate complex project functions, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Key Result Areas and Activities:
Best Practices Implementation:
Understand and implement best practices in various sales and renewal processes.
Ensure efficient setup and integration of CRM and Billing systems.
Executive Communication:
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders.
Maintain effective communication with C-level executives.
Weekly Management Sessions:
Lead weekly sessions to surface and prioritize new issues.
Facilitate cross-functional teams to identify root causes of issues (system, process, integration).
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to develop and implement solutions.
Oversee ongoing management of the project roadmap.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution of projects.
Manage stakeholder expectations and deliverables effectively.
Roadmap Management:
Develop and manage the project roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
Continuously update and communicate the roadmap to all stakeholders.
Experience:
10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on sales and renewal processes.
Strong understanding of CRM and Billing systems.
Proven ability to communicate at an executive level and translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working directly with developers and technical teams.
Strong facilitation skills for leading cross-functional sessions.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Essential Skills
Strong understanding of CRM and Billing systems
Project Management: Experience in planning, executing, and closing projects, particularly within data operations and business process management.
Data Quality Management: Skills in ensuring data accuracy, validation, and verification.
Stakeholder Communication: Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives and developers.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify root causes of issues and develop effective solutions.
Risk Management: Expertise in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating project risks.
Preferred Skills
Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile project management practices.
Budget Management: Skills in managing project budgets and tracking expenses.
PMP or similar project management certification
Qualifications:
Overall work experience of 10+ years with minimum of 5 to 7 years' experience on managing projects.
BS Degree in IT, MIS or business-related functional discipline
Experience with or knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies
