Apex Systems is seeking a Help Desk Technician in Owings Mills, MD to support a large Financial Services client. A qualified candidate will have at least 1 year experience in IT Ticketing Systems and password resets.
Shifts Available
Monday-Friday - 11am-8pm
Monday-Friday - Noon-9pm
Day-to-Day
At least 1 year experience in a Helpdesk or Desktop Support environment
ServiceNow ticketing experience (or experience with similar tool)
Microsoft office troubleshooting
Office365 Experience
Candidate should be able to Clear Cache & browser troubleshooting
Experience in Password resets and setting up multi factor authentication
Ability to Remoting into customer desktop and walk through the issues
