Key Responsibilities:
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant with a strong background in Payroll and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL). The ideal candidate will have a blend of functional and technical expertise, with hands-on experience in supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules including HR, Absence, OTL, and Payroll. This role requires a proactive individual who can work onsite, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation and Support: Lead the implementation and provide ongoing support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules, specifically Payroll and OTL.
Technical Exposure: Develop and maintain technical components such as integrations, reports, and data conversions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Business Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend solutions.
Configuration and Customization: Customize workflows, reports, and interfaces as required.
Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users. Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations and customizations.
Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices. Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud features and updates.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on Payroll and OTL.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and other relevant programming languages. Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus.
Functional Skills: Strong understanding of HR, Absence, OTL, and Payroll processes. Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
