This locally owned traditional Texas roadside cafe is looking for a General Manager. They are known for their delicious breakfast and brunch using fresh local ingredients, soon they will be doing dinner service as well.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Operations in overseeing daily operations of the establishment
Manage and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
Monitor food production to ensure quality and consistency
Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve overall performance
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
3+ Years of previous experience in a similar role, such as Assistant Manager or Supervisor, in the hospitality industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of food production
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
