The Project Coordinator will assist the Project Management team with the coordination of project activities, including coordinating materials, monitoring project progress, and ensuring timely and on-budget completion of project deliverables. This is an in-person position.
Responsibilities
Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and project information
Serve as point of communication between company teams, customers, and external resources
Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirements
Support project documentation, such as tracking materials, reviewing invoices, and updating labor hours
Maintain accurate and standardized files
Monitor project progress and follow up with any invoices, change orders, or scheduling changes
Coordinates requests for delivery, service, and installation with internal departments.
Organize material needs for Warehouse Team
Use reporting tools to help monitor working hours, plans, and costs
Providing administrative support as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience in coordinating teams and clients
Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Technical mindset and be able to adapt quickly to new technologies
Computer literacy for spreadsheet and word processing software
Time management skills, especially familiarity with task completion and goal setting
Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently and remain motivated.
Requirements
Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field is a plus
Ability to utilize Outlook email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
