Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcomes of multiple complex construction-management projects.
Enforce project reporting requirements and manage critical issues.
Assume overall accountability for jobsite safety and quality.
Build and lead high-performing teams by attracting, developing, and retaining talent.
Mentor Project Executives and provide feedback and guidance to help others excel.
Leverage business insights and industry trends to make critical decisions and create competitive advantages.
Deploy a strategic mindset to address long-term opportunities and risks.
Direct and supervise project administration, superintendents, and engineers, establishing operational priorities and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Determine priorities, delegate work, and communicate progress effectively.
Protect and promote the interests of both the company and the client while demonstrating leadership qualities.
Represent the company at job sites and offices through travel, meetings, and conferences.
Qualifications
BS OR MS degree in Engineering or Construction Management
10-15 years in the lead role on projects valued at $150 million or larger with extensive experience with Mission Critical or Data Center projects
Or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong technical and communication skills are critical
Ability to work in a team environment
Leadership and management skills
