A client within the Charlotte area is looking for a Service Engineering Manager to manage field service technicians. The client is a market leader in the renewable energy industry (Wind and Solar).
The Role
As a Service Engineering Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Manage Field Service Technicians on a daily basis
Ensure customers have minimal downtime
Liaise with management and energy management companies
Ideal Candidate
To be considered for the Control Systems Engineer role, we are looking for the following;
3+ years of people management experience
Experience managing 5+ service engineers
Electrical Engineering background (desirable)
Compensation Package:
$120,000+
401k match.
15 days PTO.
