Deliver Excellence: Provide stellar customer service via phone, email, and ticketing for technical issues.
Support International Operations: Assist end-users across locations with software, hardware, and remote access solutions.
Mobile Expertise: Support iOS and Android devices for seamless connectivity.
Asset Management: Maintain firm equipment, from onboarding to retiring end-of-life assets.
Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with attorneys and staff, assisting with personal hardware and special projects.

Certifications like COMPTIA A+, MTA, or MCSA are highly desirable.
A knack for troubleshooting hardware, printers, and software across multiple platforms.
