AKKODIS is seeking a UX Specialist for a contract opportunity with a client in the Baltimore, MD (Hybrid )area. We are seeking someone with experience in Figma and Axure RP prototyping software.
Rate Range:$55/hr. to $65/hr.+ Benefits
Responsibility
Derive business processes, analyze user needs, assist in requirements definition, design browser-based interfaces, and design and conduct usability testing
Interact daily with the development team on the creation of new web components for the design system
Elicit business goals and user needs from stakeholders
Creation of anatomy diagrams for new UI elements (in the form of web components)
Support the creation and maintenance of design toolkits in the latest design tools (Figma, Axure 10, XD, etc) used by the UX Design Team.
Qualification
Minimum of 8 years of experience documenting user requirements, screen designs, and design recommendations
Minimum of 4 years of experience preparing and presenting findings and recommendations in small and large group settings
Minimum of 2 years of experience in front-end development of applications utilizing HTML/CSS/Javascript
Experience using Axure RP prototyping software (preferably Axure 10)
Experience with Figma prototyping software
Must provide a digital portfolio of design work for review
