Job Description:
Looking for Only W2 candidate (EADs /USC/GC).- The candidate must have cost analysis experience.
Detailed Description of Responsibilities:
- Detailed evaluation of contractor quotations for change orders (unit prices, take offs, etc).
- Update of budget tracking tools based on change orders and identify/report budget concerns.
- Monthly Journal Corrections/Accruals by project budgets.
- Monthly and YTD cost Reporting by project budgets.
- Creation of monthly cost reports should be able to do cost analysis.
- Review Invoicing and ensure timely payments.
- Support cash flow management and report status.
- Support purchase order requisitions.
Required Qualifications
- Level of experience- 5-10 years as a cost and financial analyst.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Adobe.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred) or BlueBeam (acceptable).
- Experience in the construction field. (Required)
Additional Desired Qualifications:
- Degree in engineering or construction management, or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of RSMeans.
- Scheduling Experience.
