Join our Field Learning Management System (LMS) team as an Instructional Technologist supporting Docebo LMS. You'll manage day-to-day administration, troubleshoot issues, and enhance learning experiences for field learners at our Fortune 500 client.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer Docebo LMS: Manage content, troubleshoot issues, and oversee user access/roles.
Streamline processes to enhance LMS content management efficiency.
Provide exceptional learner support via calls, emails, and tickets.
Develop and deliver LMS training (in-person/virtual), including guides and best practices.
Collaborate with IT and stakeholders on system enhancements and requirements.
Monitor Docebo updates and integration opportunities to improve user experience.
Support Workday LMS for field and home office users when needed.
Ensure regulatory compliance in learning assignments and processes.
Generate reports and maintain learning solution metrics.
Facilitate integration with course authoring tools (Storyline, Rise) for a cohesive user experience.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in instructional technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience: 3-5 years managing LMS administration in a corporate training environment.
Nice-to-Have: API integration, Articulate Studio, CSS, xAPI
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management. Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
