Oversee and coordinate all phases of multiple development projects, ensuring successful execution from inception to completion.
Manage overall project budgets and pro-formas, including General Contractor GMP Contracts, buyouts, and tracking against Target Budgets. Identify and address budget concerns with solution-oriented strategies to maximize profitability.
Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules covering acquisition, design, permitting, construction, sales/leasing, marketing, and close-out activities. Proactively identify and address schedule impacts and improvement opportunities.
Lead performance management of contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams, ensuring deliverables meet established standards.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including community members, government officials, partners, investors, and contractors, fostering collaboration for project success.
Ensure legal and insurance compliance by managing agreements and policies, while tracking adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with sales, leasing, branding, and marketing teams to align project design and construction with overall strategic goals.
Oversee the transition of completed projects to property management companies or HOAs, ensuring efficient and thorough close-out processes.
Prepare and distribute timely project reporting, ensuring quality and consistency with company standards for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Real Estate Development, Construction Management, or a related field (REQUIRED).
8-10 years of project management experience, with 5 years in a leadership role (REQUIRED).
Experience managing luxury multifamily residential projects with total values exceeding $100 million (REQUIRED).
Bilingual in English and Spanish (PREFERRED).
Proven expertise in creative problem-solving and managing projects through their full lifecycle.
Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
