Position Overview:
As an Experienced Mechanic, you will play a critical role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of systems, including hydraulic and electrical systems, heavy mechanical components (such as large bearings and over-center clutches), gas and diesel engines, and more. Your work will help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair hydraulic and electrical systems.
Perform maintenance and repairs on gas and diesel engines.
Troubleshoot and repair heavy mechanical components, including large bearings and over-center clutches.
Utilize computer diagnostic tools for system analysis.
Conduct welding and fabrication tasks (a plus).
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Provide input on maintenance improvements and process optimizations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in mechanical repair and diagnostics, particularly in hydraulic and electrical systems.
Proficiency in working with heavy mechanical components, gas, and diesel engines.
Welding and fabrication skills are highly desirable.
Computer diagnostic experience is a plus.
A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
