Establish clear communication channels within the organization to facilitate seamless coordination between different departments.
Recruit, interview, hire, train staff

Lead review of the company safety program and implement a training program for all staff, focusing on safety protocols, equipment handling, and customer service excellence.
Requirements
At least 7-10 years of industry-related experience including three years in upper management required.
Possess an understanding of the scaffolding industry, including knowledge of diverse types of scaffolding systems and their applications.
Experience in overseeing operational processes, ensuring they are efficient and effective while keeping safety standards at all times.
Demonstrate excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team towards achieving organizational goals.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of application software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Avontus Scaffold Designer.
Knowledge of all relevant laws and regulations related to our operations, including labor laws and health and safety standards.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in administration, Logistic, Engineering or Other industry-related field required.
7-10 years of industry-related experience including three years in upper management required.
