TSR is looking for Associate Subcontract Administrator to join our client, a global leader in the EPC industry. The CSELead Engineer will help with Accounts Receivable / Capital Projects Assistant / Billing Coordinator with extensive experience in billing time and material jobs, extras to hard dollar jobs, hard dollar billings, fabrication billings, payroll preparation, subcontract preparation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly accruals for time and material projects, weekly assistance to payroll for the setup of new projects, purchase order review and contract review, maintain data of MSA's, collection of aged receivables and numerous miscellaneous tasks.
