What You'll Do
As a Project Executive, you will:
Lead Project Teams: Provide management direction and oversight for construction projects, ensuring client goals are met with precision and quality.
Mentor and Develop Staff: Train and guide project managers and other team members, fostering professional growth and team success.
Drive Process Improvement: Develop and enhance project workflows and quality management practices.
Manage Client Relationships: Serve as a key client liaison, ensuring expectations are exceeded and relationships are strengthened.
Oversee Bidding and Contracts: Manage subcontractor prequalification, bidding, negotiations, and contract administration.
Monitor Costs and Schedules: Establish and maintain budgets and timelines, ensuring projects remain on track.
Ensure Project Quality: Conduct site visits, facilitate progress meetings, and oversee documentation, safety, and compliance.
Lead Business Development Efforts: Participate in project pursuits and proposals to secure new opportunities.
What You Bring
A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
15-20+ years of experience in construction project management, including leading diverse teams on large industrial and manufacturing projects.
Proven expertise in Design-Build project delivery.
Strong knowledge of construction principles, field operations, safety protocols, and project estimating.
Familiarity with Procore, Microsoft Project, and construction document interpretation.
Deep understanding of contracts, insurance, and claims management.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams and build trust with clients.
Industry Specialization: Experience in food, automotive, or cold storage projects is a plus.
