This Bonnet Creek Resort is looking for a Complex Assistant Director of Finance to join their Team supporting both the Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Waldorf Astoria Orlando.
The Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, boasts 1009 bedrooms and suites, with 205,000 sq. ft of meeting space. The hotel boasts 7 distinct dining options including La Luce, Zeta Asia, Harvest, Beech, Myth and Muse as well as a three-acre lagoon-style pool with lazy river.
The Waldorf Astoria consists of 502 deluxe rooms and suites and has 36,500 sq. ft of meeting space. Additionally, it has 4 signature Waldorf Astoria food and beverage restaurants: Bull & Bear, Peacock Alley, Oscar's and Aquamarine, as well as a new upscale Grab and Go currently under construction. The hotel also boasts an amazing formal signature pool with lush landscaping, an 18-hole 7,113-yard championship Golf Course & Clubhouse Grill and a newly renovated Spa. The Waldorf Astoria Orlando is effortless luxury - rooted in elegant service, delivering unforgettable experiences.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a focused, efficient, and highly skilled finance professional. We are looking for a strong candidate who is an articulate communicator who takes great pride in working well with other departments toward a common goal. At least five years of Finance and Accounting experience is required. At least four years of experience in all areas of accounting such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, budgeting and bank reconciliations required. Previous experience with hotel finance is required, 2 years minimum experience managing a team and proficient in excel.
Shift: Various - must be available weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
