The Manager of Strategic Payment Partnerships is part of the Expedia Global Payments (EGP) team within the Product & Technology division at Expedia Group. On average, Expedia handles 500,000 transactions daily across its platform. This team ensures that high-value, high-volume transactions, including payments and refunds, are processed smoothly and cost-effectively.

The Manager of Strategic Payment Partnerships will play a critical role, to ensure the ongoing success of the One Key credit card, ensuring seamless payments for bookings and daily credit card spend.

In this role, you will:

  • Build strategies and roadmaps for partnering with top financial institutions to create unique customer value and a seamless payment experience across Expedia and other lines of businesses
  • Develop / manage mechanisms to maximize existing financial partnership performance and payments to ensure the best possible outcomes and customer experiences
  • Identify and establish relationships with players that can provide Expedia with enhanced capabilities and competitive pricing.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to build business cases and establish prioritization of new partner and capability launches.

Experience and qualifications:

  • You have 2+ years of experience in account management
  • You have previous experience in program or project management, working with larger cross functional teams in delivering solutions
  • You have experience managing program performance and holding partners to a high-bar
  • Preferred: Previous industry experience with financial services, fintech / service provider, or Online Travel Agencies.

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $98,500.00 to $138,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $157,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
