Job Description:
Location: Ririe, ID
Salary: $150,000.00 USD Annually - $175,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
A growing food company located near Idaho Falls, ID is currently searching for a Director of Plant Operations.
In return, the company offers a good starting salary, excellent benefits and relocation if needed
Salary range for this position is $150-175k plus 20% bonus
Qualifications & Requirements:
-Multi Plant Management experience is REQUIRED
-10+ years' experience in Food manufacturing Plant REQUIRED
-7+ years experience as a Plant Manager, Operations Manager in a food production plant running a large food plant or multiple sites
-Dehydrated foods a plus
-Travel is required
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others
-Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
