Assists the project manager in the execution of a large and complex 5-year external grant project from start to finish, ensuring on time completion within budget. This includes reporting requirements, creating and tracking metrics, and deliverables.

Assists in the management of large projects from start to finish, ensuring on time completion within budget, focusing on data gathering and data management.
Tracks metrics, budgets, and deliverables for the project(s) and creates reports demonstrating progress.
Assists in scheduling, coordinating and facilitating project team(s) consisting of internal and external partners.
Communicates ongoing changes in tasks, goals, or performance.
Collaborates to ensure that project objectives are achieved within established time frames.
Participates in meetings, budget decisions, vendor selection, and development of programs.
Manages the planning, development, and execution of events and programs that support the strategic goals and objectives of the grant.
Leads the planning and implementation of events and programs associated with the grant including an annual community festival.
