BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Marketing Manager remote opportunity (Must be local to WA).

Pay Range: $55/hr. - $60/hr.

Candidate Requirements
* Years of Experience Required: 8-10 overall years of experience in the field.
* Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5-7+ year(s) integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent experience
* Disqualifiers: someone without email growth experience, someone who is not creative or an independent worker would not be good for the role.
* Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and manage one's time
* Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services
* Knowledge of b2b modern marketing and marketing automation
* Performance Indicators: how quickly you learn and grow the program. KPIs
Job Responsibilities:
* Develop and grow program strategy from ground up with a crawl, walk, run approach
* Grow from drip marketing MVP during first 6 months working towards developing and landing nurture campaigns within 12-18 months
* Create plans and read-out to business stakeholders and leaders within marketing
* Build and execute email programs supporting the customer relationship
* Become an expert on email channel execution and build email campaigns in partnership with execution team
* Lead and participate in pilots on support innovation and improvements.
* Forecast metrics in partnership with customer journey and analytics team and execute to meet targets
* Create MBR content to share with partners and stakeholders
* Partner closely with the Customer Journey lead and other channel leads to create a comprehensive and customer-driven journey to meet business needs
* Act as a SME on both customer insights and channel insights for Windows Pro within Commercial Digital Experiences

Education/Experience:
Required/Minimum Qualifications (RQs/MQs)
* Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5-7+ year(s) integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience
* OR equivalent experience
* At least 3-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a B2B role.
* Experience in creating executive presentations and white papers
* Experience with building campaign strategy within marketing channels (ex. In-product, email, etc.) and driving execution
* Customer experience champion - Focus to improve customer experience, gain efficiencies and improve performance
* Virtual team leadership - Experience leading virtual teams across organizational lines and networking/relationship management
* Cross functional team leadership - Ability to work with stakeholders from different orgs, and levels
* Executive presence/communication - Ability to get executive buy-in on strategy and report upwards
* Influence without authority - Understand stakeholder motivations and drive to goals without direct authority
* Strategic thinking but also detail oriented - Ability to keep an eye on big picture strategy but execute on details
* Customer obsessed mindset - Ability holding the customer experience at a high bar and representing their voice
* Executing with precision- Ability to own high visibility marketing activities need thorough planning and focused execution
Additional or Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
* Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 8+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience
* OR equivalent experience
* 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a B2B role.
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
1. Minimum 8 years' experience with hands on B2B
2. Minimum 8 years' experience with growing an email program from MVP-V1-V3
3. Minimum 8 years' experience with building a campaign strategy
