Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in optimizing our manufacturing processes to ensure the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. This position requires a hands-on approach and a deep understanding of industrial absorbent products and their applications.



Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste.


• Develop and implement process control systems to ensure consistent product quality.


• Collaborate with the R&D team to design and test new products and processes.


• Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and implement corrective actions.


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.


• Train and mentor production staff on best practices and process improvements.


• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.


• Proven experience in process engineering, preferably in the industrial absorbents or related industry.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.


• Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.


• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
