Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking an OCM Business Analyst in Charlotte, NC.

Primary Focus:
The OCM Business Analyst will support Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts by bridging knowledge gaps, documenting SOPs, and driving end-user adoption of new processes and systems.

Responsibilities:

• OCM Business Analyst will collaborate with the OCM Lead to create change management materials, including training guides and quick reference documents


• Identify knowledge gaps and create a training strategy for end-users


• Develop and maintain a knowledge database for easy access to critical information


• Conduct readiness assessments and support adoption strategies

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years in an OCM or BA role with significant exposure to change management processes


• Experience creating SOPs, user training guides, and adoption strategies

Technical Keywords:

• Change management, SOP development, knowledge base, SharePoint, training strategy, end-user documentation, user readiness, process mapping

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
