Salary: $60,000.00 USD Annually - $70,000.00 USD Annually

Summary:

• Experience on (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).


• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably with major brand experience.


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).


• Create engaging and high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.


• Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies as needed to improve engagement and reach.


• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.


• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.


• Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.


• Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our reach and impact.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably with major brand experience.


• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.


• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).


• Analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and make data-driven decisions.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
